First time, I felt a Chinese hotel employees so conversant in English. Which made me little more comfortable in conveying my needs. Overall good location and connectivity. I stayed for 5 days. The first four days the chef at the omlette counter was really friendly and good guy. I just have told him once what I needed and next three days he started preparing the egg white omlette just when I entered for the breakfast. True professional and I was very happy with his attitude.

Staff of most of the hotels I have stayed in Shenzhen before May 2023 can't speak English and so communication is a big problem. But in Sunshine hotel many staff, be it at reception or restaurant or at room service can speak English. It is a good clean hotel with courteous and helpful staff.

I thought the room was comfortable. Bed was good. Shower was good and enjoyed my time.

Their location is next to checkpoint, so it is convenient to me to visit HK. They upgraded my room into high level one, very good.

The place is beautiful and the breakfast is great. The location of the hotel is excellent in the city center and close to everything

Nice hotel near a good-sized Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good.
